Orders ship within 2-5 days, this does not include shipping time.
Smoochline ships from Blackfalds, Alberta Canada. We ship all across the United States and Canada. (international orders coming soon) All customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs and duty fees in their home country, and these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We ship using Canada post, our shipping rate is $4 for standard lettermail, Estimated delivery time for lettermail, is 2-7 days, depending on your location.
Some of Smooch line products DO NOT qualify for standard lettermail. Products include wood and silicone teethers and cruisers, due to the size, these products ship through Canada post Expedited shipping, and will be calculated at checkout.

Free standard letter mail is offered on orders over $20 in Canada. Standard shipping generally takes 2-7 business days.
products that do not qualify for standard letter mail over $20 include all wood and silicone teethers, and cruisers.
Once Smooch line ships out your package through Canada post, your package is now in the property of Canada post. Smoochline is not responsible for any lost or stolen product, and will not issue refunds. Lost packages must be filed with Canada post. Smooch line will not replace lost or stolen items. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
